West End Art Fair (Volunteers Needed)

Volunteers needed for the following (Register to volunteer on desired day):

Friday:  Tent and booth Set up - 3 hours - 1 volunteer

Saturday:

2 volunteers from 10am to 2pm and 2 volunteers from 2pm - 6 pm.  To assist with activities in the tent.  Child activities, Membership information and signing up new members.

Sunday: 

2 volunteers from 10am to 2pm and 2 volunteers from 2pm - 6pm.  To assist with activities in the tent.  Child activities, Membership information and signing up new members.

Sunday: Tent take down and table/chair clean-up - 2 volunteers

The 25th annual West End Arts Festival celebrates art in many forms as visitors of all ages can browse the work of fine artists from across the Midwest, view culinary demonstrations from local chefs, enjoy live jazz and have fun with kids art activities near the historic Stone Avenue train station in La Grange, IL.

 

Presented by the La Grange Business Association, the free festival features noted fine artists from throughout the Midwest who will display and sell their works including photography, acrylics, oils, pottery, jewelry, fabrics and sculpture. Live artists will also be at work. There will also be a booth showcasing the work of art students from Lyons Township High School.
